Four more navy men who had contracted the COVID-19 have recovered from the disease, says Sri Lanka Navy.
As these sailors were found negative to the virus on the reports of random PCR tests carried out under treatment, they have been discharged from the hospital on Tuesday (23).
The total number of coronavirus recoveries from the Navy accordingly reached 790.
These discharged navy men will undergo a 14-day quarantine procedure in compliance with the healthcare regulations.
The Navy has reported a total of 901 positive cases of coronavirus to date.
The number of coronavirus cases reported in Sri Lanka so far currently sits at 1,991. Out of this total 1,548 patients have made complete recoveries.
